Object, Scope, and Definitions
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, including registration, ordering, and access to Craft Art Lab products offered by Craft Art Lab ("we," "us," "our") on the website www.craftartlab.com (referred to as the "Service"). They apply to all purchase and sale contracts for Craft Art Lab products between Craft Art Lab and any user ("User") who places orders through the aforementioned website.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "Craft Art Lab": Products sold on the web store www.craftartlab.com;
- "User": Any single person who places an order on the website www.craftartlab.com.
These Terms and Conditions do not exclude the rights and guarantees of the User contained in the legislation in force for contracts of this nature.
Acceptance
The use of the website www.craftartlab.com and the purchase of Craft Art Lab products assume knowledge, comprehension, and approval of these Terms and Conditions by the User.
Register
To place an order, the User can register by filling in the fields on the form on the website www.craftartlab.com.
It is also possible to place your order using only a valid email and phone number. By registering on the website, your data and preferences will be saved for easier use in future purchases.
From the moment the User accesses their personal account, they are subject to the present Terms and Conditions, as well as to the legal and regulatory rules that govern their operation and use.
Craft Art Lab Products
The website www.craftartlab.com is aimed at all users who wish to order Craft Art Lab products, with no commercial purpose.
The photos of Craft Art Lab products are illustrative and may differ in colour or material. Although the images try to be as faithful as possible to the product, they may not exactly mirror all characteristics. It is essential to consult the detailed product descriptions.
Craft Art Lab reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the information, product offer, prices, promotions, and terms and conditions of sale on the website.
Orders
The User can proceed with the online purchase of Craft Art Lab products through the following steps:
- Select the desired product(s) through the website search icons or menus
- Add the selected product(s) to the "Shopping Cart".
- Register the User's personal data, with the option of integrating them into the Craft Art Lab database under the terms provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
- Indicate the delivery address, billing address, payment method, and phone number.
- Review and confirm the order.
The User will be notified of the status of their order by receiving an email, regarding the "Order Confirmation", and a second email, after payment approval, regarding the "Order Shipment".
Lastly, the User's order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the "Shipping Address" provided in the purchase process.
By submitting an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for having verified that the chosen product(s) and size(s) are correct. Every submitted order shall be considered final. Since our products are made to order, we cannot accept changes after an order has been submitted.
Craft Art Lab reserves the right to cancel or not accept orders in specific circumstances, including:
- The product's raw materials are out of stock.
- The payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website.
- The payment is not confirmed.
- The billing information is incorrect or unverifiable.
- There is a fraud suspicion alert.
- The purpose of the order is to resell the products.
- The delivery address is outside our delivery reach.
Production and Lead Time
Our production time is between 1 to 10 business days, starting from the day the payment is received. Unforeseen events beyond our control may cause a delay, for which Craft Art Lab may not be held responsible. While we strive to complete orders within this timeframe, the timeline is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Methods and Security
Accepted payment methods are presented at www.craftartlab.com. We accept the major credit cards.
For credit card payments, all details (such as the card number, expiration date, or security code) are sent via an encrypted protocol to the company providing remote electronic payment services. This information will not be used by Craft Art Lab except to carry out necessary operations for purchase or refund, in case of returns or fraud reporting.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and order details. For more information, please visit our Shipping Policy page.
The shipping fees will be presented as soon as you enter your address and are based on the total weight, value of the products and destination country.
Delivery times start from the date of order dispatch and are given in business days. In cases of force majeure, Craft Art Lab cannot be held responsible for delays.
Delivery
Craft Art Lab processes and ships products from Monday to Friday, except on holidays. We aim to process orders within a maximum period of 3 business days from the completion of production.
The ability to respond within these deadlines is conditioned by the availability of production capability.
There is no option to schedule a delivery, and someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the package.
If the order is not picked up at the collection point within the defined period, it will be returned to Craft Art Lab, and return costs will be charged to the customer by deducting them from the total refund amount.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Order Cancellation Before Production: Orders can be cancelled if requested before production begins. Cancelled orders before production starts are fully refundable.
Exchanges and Returns: Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving their order.
- Exchanges: The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs to our facility. Once the returned item is received and verified, the value will be credited to the customer's wallet account.
- Returns: If the product is in good condition, the refund will be made using the original payment method. Alternatively, the refund can be added to the customer's virtual balance for future use.
Return of Defective Products: Users have the right to return products found to be defective. Please contact us via email at geral@craftartlab.com, attaching images of the defect whenever possible.
Craft Art Lab will cover all shipping costs for returns of defective products.

Warranty
Craft Art Lab products are covered by the warranty mandated by applicable consumer goods legislation. The end consumer is entitled to the restoration of the conformity of the good or service within a period of 3 years – Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of April 8, as amended by Decree-Law no. 84/2008, of May 21 – starting from the date of purchase. For non-end consumers, the warranty period is, by law, 6 months – paragraph 2, article 921 of the Civil Code.
Any non-conformity detected must be reported in writing to Craft Art Lab, according with the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy.
In specific cases defined by Craft Art Lab, and under conditions that may be established, warranty periods may be extended. However, this warranty does not cover damage, defects, or malfunctions resulting from misuse, improper handling or unauthorised modifications.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of the products.
Limitation of Liability
Craft Art Lab does not guarantee the permanent availability of this service and will not be responsible for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website, including but not limited to technical issues, unavailability of access, and other external problems beyond our control.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
Craft Art Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated by publishing the modified Terms on the website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Services and any disputes arising from them are subject to the laws of Portugal.
